Each guitar is treated individually and some instruments need more work than others, Delivery times are affected by the amount and type of work needed to get your guitar playing perfectly and prepare it for shipping.

How can I be sure the guitar I want is in stock?

The fastest way to find out for sure is to email us at info@firstguitar.com. Please include the model number of the guitar you are interested in and the city/state where it will be shipped.

Can I track my package?

We email tracking numbers to all customers after we receive the tracking numbers from our shipper.

How is my guitar shipped?

We take great care in shipping your guitar.

All guitars are shipped in sturdy boxes with plenty of packing material.

We ship each guitar tuned to standard pitch in order to preserve the adjustment during shipping.

We typically ship via UPS or FedEx.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat fee of $19.99 for all guitars and guitar packages.
